What types of delivery are there?

On visilab.ch you can choose between 2 types of delivery:

  • Home delivery 
  • Delivery to one of our stores.

How do I track the status of my delivery?

You can check the status of your order at any time on the home page of your MyVisilab area. Once your order has been shipped, you can follow the progress of your delivery in the “My order tracking” box by clicking on the link next to “Order tracking”.

The delivery date for my parcel has passed, but I have not received my order: what should I do?

If the delivery date has passed and you have not received your order, please contact our customer service department using the contact form or by telephone on 058 710 06 50, specifying the details of your order.

Home delivery 

How long does home delivery take?

For all purchases made on visilab.ch, the delivery time is 2 to 10 working days if you choose home delivery.

How much does home delivery cost?

Home delivery is free of charge for orders of CHF 100 or more. For smaller amounts, it costs CHF 8.

How can I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address when you finalise your order at step 2, “Delivery”.

If you are not currently placing an order, go to your MyVisilab area and follow the steps below:

  1.   Click on the “My personal information” section in the menu. 
  2. In the “Address book” section, you can set the default delivery address by adding a new delivery address or selecting an address that is already registered.

Please note that this update does not apply to orders already in progress. To change the delivery address of a current order, please contact our customer service department using the contact form or by telephone on 058 710 06 50, specifying the details of your order.

Is it possible to have products delivered abroad?

Deliveries are only made within Switzerland. Please see our General Terms and Conditions of Sale for more information.

In-store delivery

How long does it take for delivery to a store?

Delivery times for in-store deliveries vary depending on the type of item purchased on visilab.ch:

  • Sunglasses: 2 working days
  • Optical glasses: 10 working days
  • Contact lenses: between 2 and 10 working days (depending on the category of lenses).

How much does in-store delivery cost?

In-store delivery is free of charge.

How do I know if my parcel has been delivered to the store?

Once your parcel has been delivered to the store, you will receive an SMS and an e-mail to notify you.

How do I collect my parcel from the store?

To pick up your parcel, simply go to the Visilab store where you chose to receive your order.
