Why should I create a MyVisilab account?
Having a MyVisilab account allows you to benefit from a wide range of advantages:
- Access history and tracking for all your transactions on visilab.ch and in all our stores.
- Retrieve your invoices.
- Find the optical corrections for your glasses and/or contact lenses.
- Manage your addresses and appointments.
How do I create a MyVisilab account?
To create a MyVisilab account, follow the steps below:
- Click on the icon showing the little person at the top right.
- Click on the “Create an account” link.
- Fill in the necessary fields.
- Click on the “Register” button.
You now have a MyVisilab account, and you will shortly receive a confirmation e-mail.
I cannot connect to my MyVisilab account: what should I do?
First visit to our new website? Update your password by clicking on "Forgot your password?" and reset it.
I have forgotten my password: what should I do?
If you forgot your password, click on the “Forgotten your password?” link on the login page. You will then need to enter the usual e-mail address you use to log in. After that, you will rapidly receive an e-mail that will allow you to reset your password.
How do I change my personal information?
If you already have a MyVisilab account, you can change your personal information by going to the “My personal information” section of your MyVisilab area.
You will then be able to change your first name, last name, e-mail address, date of birth, telephone number, language settings, newsletter subscription, password and delivery or invoicing address.
Why should I link my store account to my MyVisilab account?
Linking the two accounts will allow you to use your MyVisilab area to keep track of the orders you have placed on the visilab.ch website and in store. You can also find your optical corrections for ordering the glasses and/or contact lenses of your choice online.
How do I link my store account to my MyVisilab account?
To link your two accounts, go to the home page of your MyVisilab area. Click on the “Link my account” button. Then simply enter your customer ID, which can be found on your invoice or on the advertising you receive by post. After entering your customer ID, you will receive an e-mail or SMS containing a verification code that will allow you to validate the link.
