I have not received an order confirmation.

Have you checked the junk mail folder in your e-mail inbox? 

If you have not received an e-mail or SMS confirmation, please contact our customer services department using the contact form, specifying the details of your order. 

How can I see the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time on the home page of your MyVisilab area in the “My order tracking” box.

I cannot find the invoice for my order.

Did you place an order on visilab.ch, and then you chose payment by invoice as the payment method? You will receive the invoice by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped. Be sure to check the junk mail folder in your inbox. This e-mail includes a link for requesting to receive the invoice by post. The administrative costs for sending this invoice are at your expense. You can also find all your invoices in the “My purchases” section of your MyVisilab area.
