What is the Visilab gift card?

The Visilab gift card allows you to offer a fully personalised shopping experience to the person of your choice. It is available in store for amounts of CHF 50, CHF 100 and CHF 200, for a maximum amount of CHF 5,000 (no minimum amount). The Visilab gift card is valid for 5 years from the date of loading. It can be redeemed on the entire visilab.ch website and for all products and services in any Visilab store.

How do I top up a gift card?

Gift cards can be topped up in all Visilab stores, up to a maximum amount of CHF 5,000 per card per year (no minimum amount). It is not possible to top up a gift card on visilab.ch.

How do I purchase a Visilab gift card?

You can purchase a gift card online, at visilab.ch and in all Visilab stores. Purchasing a gift card online is easy:

1. Go to our gift card catalogue.
2. Select the gift card of your choice (CHF 50, CHF 100, or CHF 200).
3. Click on the “Add to basket” button.
4. After checking the information (quantity, amount of the gift card), click on the “Order” button.
5. Follow the instructions to complete your order.

What amounts are available?

On visilab.ch, you can purchase gift cards worth CHF 50, CHF 100, or CHF 200. In Visilab stores, you are free to define the amount to be loaded onto the gift card, up to a maximum of CHF 5,000.

Online payment with a Visilab gift card is currently not available on visilab.ch. Keep checking, this feature will be available soon.
