How can I order products to try on in store?
1. Select the desired models by clicking on the “Send to view in your store” button on the product page. You can add up to 4 pairs of glasses or sunglasses.
2. Make an appointment to view the products in store. Please note that the date can be chosen in 2 days at the earliest and 10 days at the latest.
3. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail.
4. You will receive a reminder by text message one day before your appointment.
How many models can I order to try on in store?
A maximum of 4 products can be selected to try on in store.
How can I change or cancel my appointment to try glasses on in store?
To change or cancel your appointment, please call the optician you made the appointment with.
How can I change or cancel my product selection to try on in store?

Do I have to buy the products I order to try on in store?
No, you can view and try on the products in store without any obligation to purchase.
Do I have to create a MyVisilab account to try on glasses in store?
Yes, you need to register with MyVisilab so that our opticians can process and prepare the glasses you want to try on in store.
Is it possible to make several appointments to try on glasses in store?
Yes, you can make several appointments to try on glasses in store, but you can only send a maximum of 4 products to the store per appointment.
